Constant monitoring of these external links by the provider without specific indications of legal violations is not reasonable. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, links of this kind shall be deleted without delay.
In the ruling of 12 May, 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – “Haftung für Links” (Liability for links), the Regional Court of Hamburg decided that by placing a link, one may be held jointly responsible for the content of the linked page. We guarantee that passages or procedures against which justified objections are raised shall be removed without delay without requiring you to seek legal counsel. A possible legal violation may not be removed from these pages by the protective rights holder itself without consent. § 9 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, i.e. text files which are stored on your computer to help analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transmitted to Google’s server in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states party to this agreement across the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports about website activity and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website usage and Internet usage. Google will not associate the IP address transferred by your browser as part of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the corresponding setting in your browser software; however we advise against this because in this case not all of the functions of this website can be fully utilised. You may, moreover, prevent the data generated by the cookie which relates to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being recorded by Google, as well as the processing of such data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. As an alternative to the browser add-on or in browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent collection by Google Analytics within this website in the future (opt out only works in the browser and only for this domain). This stores an opt out cookie on your device. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again.
§ 10 Google AdWords
Our website uses Google AdWords, one of Google Inc.’s online advertising platforms, in which Conversion-Tracking is used. When a Google-Ad is clicked on our website, this tool will put a cookie on your PC. The cookie has no personal traceability and will expire after 30 days. When visiting our website as a user and cookies are functioning, with the help of Google we will be able to recognise that you have clicked on the relevant advert and have been forwarded to our page. Each Google AdWords customer is allocated a different cookie which collects data and produces Conversion-Statistics for them. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customers' websites. With the data we gain through conversion-cookies we are able to create conversion-statistics for AdWords-clients. We are then able to find out the total number of users who have reacted to our advert and clicked through to our website. This process does not allow us to receive any personal information about the user. If you would like to opt out of these tracking methods, deactivate the Google-Conversion-Tracking settings in your browser. Click the Help option in your browser for more information.
